How to Access Your License Keys
Retrieve your digital product license keys from your order history in just a few steps.
Your account makes it easy to view and copy license keys for any digital products you've ordered — all from one place. The process takes less than two minutes and is protected by a one-time security code sent to your email.
Go to Your Order History
Log in to your account and open the Order History section from your dashboard. You'll see all your recent orders with their status and delivery details.
Find Your Order and Open the Key
Locate the order containing your digital product. You have two ways to access the key:
Method A
Quick access from the list

Show moreon the order row - Click the
Viewlink next to the product
Method B
From the Order Details page
- Click the order number to open its details
- Click the
View Digital Keybutton
Verify Your Identity
A security popup will appear. We'll send a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) to your registered email address — enter it in the popup and click Submit.
You can also click Resend OTP in the popup to get a new code.
Copy or Download Your License Key
Your key will appear in the popup. How it's delivered depends on your order size:
Fewer than 5 keys
Keys shown in the popup. Use the Copy button to copy each one.
5 or more keys
A Download CSV button appears to save all keys at once.
Helpful Tips
OTP email not arriving?
Check your spam or junk folder. Add our email to your safe senders list to avoid this in future.
Managing large orders
For 5 or more keys, download the CSV to keep everything in one safe, organised place.
